SAD NEWS - Storr 31/3/97 - 23/12/08
Sadly we had to say goodbye to our special boy "Storr" (Lamancha Daydream Believer) on the 23rd December. He was known to most for his self taught party trick, spending more time sitting up in the show ring than standing and was probably one the most photographed Golden Retrievers. His personality was loved by all who knew him and thankfully his character lives on in some of his progeny. I am fortunate to have his daughter "Cloud" and grandaughter "Indie" but nothing can fill the huge gap he has left behind. Regrettably he never quite gained his Champion title and retired from the show ring with 2 CC's, 2 Res.CC's & his SGWC. However he will always be a Champion to us and the 12 yrs we enjoyed together mean so much more than a title. |
